Customer
Service/Sales Representative
Position
Summary:
Seeking
highly motivated individual to handle billing, customer service, and sales
aspects of the business. Individual must relate well to the customer,
think and exercise sound judgment, and act responsibly in the customer’s and
the company’s best interest.
Duties and
Responsibilities:

Represent Bay Country
Communications in a positive, professional, and ethical manner while working to
exceed customer’s expectations.

Promote and recommend
products and services based on the customer’s needs and interests and in
accordance with business goals.

Consistently perform
effective analysis and problem solving regarding billing, service, or sales
issues.
-
Assist office manager in
scheduling and technician dispatch.
-
Perform various data entry
tasks
-
Provide manager with status
updates as appropriate.
-
Perform other related duties
as assigned

Ability to work flexible
hours as needed
-
Punctual, regular, and
consistent attendance.
Minimum
Requirements:
-
High school diploma, GED, or
equivalent work experience.
-
One to two years of customer
service and/or sales experience in a high-contact, service-related environment
-
Proficient PC skills in a
Windows environment.
-
Excellent oral and written
communication skills, with demonstrated ability to articulate relevant
information and directions in an organized and concise manner.

Demonstrated ability to
establish and maintain effective relationships with customers.
-
Strong interpersonal skills
-
Proven ability to maintain
composure in stressful situations.
