EMAIL SUPPORT FAQ

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE BLOCK SMTP ON OUR NETWORK.  IF YOU NEED TO ACCESS OUTSIDE SMTP SERVERS, PLEASE CONTACT US

Also note that our email servers require client authentiation.  To enable SMTP authentication on Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express Clients do the following:

Microsoft Outlook

Tools | Email Accounts | View or Change Existing Email Accounts

Highlight the account and click <Change>

Click the <More Settings> button

Select the "Outgoing Server" tab

Check the box "my outgoing server requires authentication" and "use the same settings as my incoming mail server"

Outlook Express

Tools | Accounts

Highlight the email account and click properties

Select the Servers Tab

Check the box "my server requires authentication"

Click the <settings> button

Make sure the button "use the same settings as my incoming mail server" is selected
